I want to build a foundation as a buyer and grow into fashion properly—because it truly starts with the product. On first sight, I'm not traditionally qualified. I don't have experience in men's formalwear, and my education isn't in fashion. But I have an eye for detail, I work well with deadlines, and I'm loyal and trustworthy. I learn fast. I'm the 3rd generation drawn into this world. My grandfather was sent to Italy when he wanted to become a buyer for C&A, knowing nothing about fashion then. My father is a fashion agent, developing a deeper understanding of fabrics and an eye for technical details.

The Agency
Website for my father's textile agency office and showroom in the Netherlands, where clients can learn about his business and get in touch. I visited Italian fabric factories and gained knowledge from his experience in the industry. I don't know everything yet, but I'm learning fast.

I work as a skipper at Friendship Amsterdam — tour boats on the canals. It's seasonal work that I enjoy, but I'm looking for a more structured role where I can grow.
